This release is safe and effective and involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout the horses body. Through a process of massage and stretching of the areas where tension is found, the release works the broader network, releasing trigger points across the broad sections of the muscular system
